Shipping Policy

At A Sweet Sip!, we deliver sweetness straight to your doorstep with speed and care. Here is how shipping works.

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, so no customs, duties or export terms apply.

2. Carriers and rates

We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx. Your carrier options and shipping cost are calculated at checkout from your address and cart. Orders of $75 or more ship free, including CBD orders.

3. CBD products

CBD products are for adults 21 and older. You confirm your date of birth before you can view or buy them. CBD products ship only to addresses in Colorado, with UPS or USPS. If your address is outside Colorado, checkout will tell you CBD products cannot be shipped there.

4. Processing and delivery time

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once an order ships, domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your sweet package's journey.

6. Order changes

Contact us right away if you need to change an order. Once it ships, changes may not be possible.

7. Missing, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at hello@asweetsip.com or 720-505-7214. Our Refund Policy explains how claims work and the time limits.
